Delete branch "ship-data-pipeline"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The four stacked feature branches as one chain (each contains the previous): forward geocoding moved off Open-Meteo to the local index + Nominatim; Meteostat gust supplier for gust-less backup sources; history primary flipped to NASA POWER with Open-Meteo as fallback; one-time ERA5 seed for curated-city cells. Merged with dev (CI tag-keying fixes), full backend suite green locally: 368 passed / 7 skipped.
